Sound Healing & Essential Oils — Connecting to the Roots Feeling overstimulated, disconnected, mentally exhausted, or simply craving a moment to slow down and come back to yourself?

Connecting to the Roots is a deeply restorative group experience created to bring you back into your body, your breath, and the present moment.

Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, and the therapeutic power of essential oils, we create a space to soften, release, and reconnect.

The combination of sound and aromatherapy supports relaxation, helps calm the nervous system, and invites the body to move from a state of constant stimulation into rest, digest, and recovery.

A beautiful experience for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, mental overload, lack of clarity, or simply needing to pause and recharge. Come slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect to your roots — together.
