Feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from yourself? This is an invitation to come back to the present moment, reconnect with your body, and create space from the stress and noise of everyday life.

Through conscious breathwork, we bring our attention inward, using the breath to become more present, focused, and connected to the body. As we move through the practice, we create space for a deeper spiritual connection and support the body in returning to a more balanced state. We then move into Sound Healing, allowing the vibrations of the singing bowls to support deep relaxation and integration.

Together, breath and sound create a space to shift from constant activation into a state of balance, presence, and restoration — supporting the nervous system as it moves between sympathetic activation and parasympathetic rest. Breathe. Feel. Receive. Recalibrate.
